SESAME CHICKEN 
4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
Melted or squeeze butter
Lemon juice (about 1/4 c.)
1 can sesame seeds
Season salt
Garlic powder
Pepper

Wash and drain chicken breasts, then place in a 9 x 9 inch microwavable dish. Brush generously with butter, then pour on lemon juice. Sprinkle each breast with sesame seeds, so that the seeds form the "crust". Salt, garlic and pepper lightly. Cover with wax paper and cook on high for 5-7 minutes per pound. Chicken should be thoroughly white but JUICY when done!
