TRANSPARENT PIE 
Butter (size of an egg)
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pie shells

Mix butter, sugar, cornstarch, milk and vinegar. Beat eggs and add to butter mixture. Bake in a 300 to 350 degree oven until firm. Coconut, pecans or chocolate bits may be added before putting in oven if desired. Makes 2 pies.
