1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot country sausage
1 c. Bisquick

Grate cheese and mix with other ingredients. Make into balls. If frozen bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. If not frozen, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
