CURRIED GARDEN GOOLASH 
1 med. zucchini
2 yellow squash
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
2 ripe tomatoes
2 green tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 -1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cube all vegetables. Brown vegetables in oil, adding tomatoes last. Add seasonings, stir and cover. Cook in own juice approximately 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove lid and cook juices down slightly. Serves 4.
