POTATO DELUXE 
2 (1 lb.) box shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
6 oz. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix together all ingredients. Sprinkle top with paprika and parsley. (Freeze well.) Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
