HOLIDAY NOG 
6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. honey
5 c. milk
3/4 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Nutmeg

In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add yolks and honey, mix well. Stir in milk, rum extract, vanilla and cinnamon. Chill. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream. Pour into large punch bowl. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
