GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt in double boiler - do not boil: 6 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Remove, cool, and stir every 5 minutes. Combine: 2 tbsp. white creme de coco

Whip 4 cups whipping cream. Add liquor (green and white) to marshmallows; fold into whipped cream. Freeze in freezer for 6 hours. Take out a little ahead of serving.
