GRASSHOPPER PIE 
Chocolate wafer cookies
1 pt. jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
4 drops peppermint extract
6 or 7 drops green food coloring
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Line bottom of 9 inch pie plate with chocolate wafer cookies, mixed with butter, filling in spaces with pieces of cookies, crushing cookies may be better. Line sides with half cookies.

In mixing bowl, combine marshmallow creme, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Whip until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into cookie crust, freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream.
