WHIPPED CREAM ICING 
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place flour and milk in covered bowl and mix well. Place mixture in saucepan and mix well over low-medium heat until thick stirring constantly. Cool stirring to prevent skin from forming.

Combine butter, Crisco and sugar - cream well. Blend with flour mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend on high until creamy.
