TEXAS CRABGRASS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1 can crabmeat, drained
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain spinach. Melt butter in a skillet; saute onion in butter. Stir in garlic powder. Add crabmeat; stir about 1 minute. Add spinach and cheese until heated. Serve with party crackers as a dip.
