1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Then sprinkle with a topping of 3/4 cup each chocolate chips, brown sugar and chopped nuts.

Bake at 350°F. for 40-50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
