ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter or 1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan (greased). (Cup cake tins.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cake - 25 minutes for cupcakes. Frost when cool or sprinkle top with 1/4 cup chocolate chips before baking.

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for. It was a tad sweet for me, so I will be sure to cut out some of the sugar in the future. It produces a wonderfully tender and moist cake. I may have to start doubling the recipe, so that it will last more than one day in our house!!!!
