1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk

2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. peeled grated zucchini

Bake in 9 x 13 pan (greased and floured) for 40 to 50 minutes in 325 to 350 degree oven. If you desire, sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on top of batter before baking.
