$100 CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Mix the salad dressing, water and vanilla an add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into two 9 inch greased and floured cake pans or 1 rectangular sheet cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

4 MINUTE FUDGE ICING:

1 (1 1/2) c. sugar
4 (6) tbsp. cocoa
1/4 (3 oz.) c. milk
1/4 c. (1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp.) butter
1 (2 1/2) tsp. vanilla

In a 1 quart saucepan put sugar, milk, and cocoa. Bring to a boil and then cook 1 1/2 minutes longer. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until it thickens slightly. Spread on cooled cake. Icing amounts for "layer cake" in parentheses.
