BAKED BEAN MEDLEY | |
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage 1 c. chopped onions 2 c. pinto beans, canned, drained 2 c. great northern beans, canned, drained 2 c. butter beans, canned, drained 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 c. finely diced green pepper 1 c. cream cheese, cut in cubes Brown sausage in a skillet, add onions and saute until soft. Drain off excess fat. Combine all other ingredients except cream cheese, in a casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. Fold in cream cheese and bake for 10 more minutes. Yield: 12. |
