BAKED BEAN MEDLEY 
1 can kidney beans
1 can lima beans
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. bacon pieces
1 can pork 'n beans
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. chopped onion

Cook 1/2 pound of bacon in large skillet. Break into pieces and set aside. In same skillet, with the bacon grease, brown ground beef. Add salt and onion. Cook over medium heat until brown. After the ingredients are browned, add the remainder of the ingredients. Stir well and pale in lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. One half cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons vinegar may be substituted.
