AUNT'S PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter, room temp.
1 box brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9") unbaked deep pie shell

In blender, mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, cornmeal, flour, milk and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This pie is not "sickening" sweet like most pies. Just sweet enough. Everyone who eats it, asks for the recipe.
