1 c. Crisco
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. ice water

Mix all together until stiff. Roll out and put into pans. Can roll in ball and freeze. Take out and let thaw at room temperature, then roll out. Makes about 3 or 4 pie crusts.
