STUFFED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
6 baked potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. milk 1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Dash of pepper 1 sm. onion, minced 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 tbsp. parsley flakes Sliced cheese Cut the baked potatoes in half. Scoop out and mash. Add the butter and milk. Brown the ground beef. Drain off fat, if any. Add remaining ingredients except cheese slices. Add the mashed potatoes. Stuff the potato shells with the above mixture. Place in casserole dish. Top with cheese slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
