STUFFED PEPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mixed vegetable
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Cheese to taste

Precook pepper for 5 minutes and then place in baking dish. Combine all ingredients together and place in peppers. Back for 45 minutes in oven set at 350 degrees. Place sliced cheese on top the last 10 to 15 minutes.
