STROGANOFF MEAT BALLS WITH
NOODLES
 
1 1/2 lb. ground round
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 slices of bread
Soaked in 1/3 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Noodles
1 tin mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small meat balls. Brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Remove from skillet and place in serving dish. Keep warm. Remove excess oil from skillet. Add to brown in pan 1 tin cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup sour cream. Stir just until well mixed and heated. Pour over meat balls. Serve with cooked medium noodles.
