GROUND MEAT AND NOODLE DOUGH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 diced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. cracker meal

DOUGH:

2 c. sifted flour
2 to 3 tsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients for meat mixture together. Form small patties, 1 1/2 inch. Put in refrigerator until ready for use. Now mix flour and salt. Make a well in center. Drop in eggs; stir with fork. Add water as needed to form dough. Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Divide into 4 sections. Roll each on floured board; cut into 3 inch squares. Place meat patties into dough squares and form. Fry in skillet with Crisco until lightly browned on both sides. Lay in your favorite tomato sauce; mix. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
