RED CABBAGE SALAD 
POPPY SEED DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. onion juice
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed

Dressing: mix first four ingredients in blender. Add oil slowly. Stir in seeds. Finely shred red cab bage, add thinly sliced avocado and halves of fresh grapes. Toss with Poppy Seed dressing.
