TOMATO RICE BROTH 
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. cooked rice
1 3/4 c. clear beef or chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in saucepan - bring to boil - serve. Yield: 2 servings - 1 serving = 2 bread - 136 calories.
