HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hashbrowns, thawed 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 c. cheddar cheese soup, undiluted 2 tbsp. minced onion (optional) 1 stick 4 oz.) butter, melted 2 c. chopped cooked ham 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a 9 by 13 inch ovenproof dish and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until heated through. Makes 6 servings. |
