POTATO AND HAM SCALLOP 
6 c. potatoes, sliced fairly thin
2 lb. cooked and diced ham

Heat and pour over potatoes and ham:

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt

Dot with butter. Pour in greased pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. The dish should be covered with foil during cooking time. Serves 12.
