EASY LASAGNE 
1 box lasagne noodles (16 oz.)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 jar thick Ragu or (1 can tomato paste & 1 can tomato sauce)
1 pkg. (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese
1 med. container cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Prepare 13 x 9 inch pan; grease bottom with butter. Mix cheeses in large bowl. Cook meat and add Ragu sauce. Layer dry noodles, sauce and cheese mixture. Make 3 layers. Add 1/2 cup water around side of pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
