EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up, uncooked
2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of chicken soup

Spread rice on bottom of 9x13 ungreased baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Mix together chicken soup and water; pour over chicken.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Uncover last 15 minutes. Serves 6.
