WHEAT, RAISIN AND OAT BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. oats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients. Put in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake 28-30 minutes at 350 degrees. 18 cal., 5 grams fat, 0 chol., 65 mg. sodium, 2 g. fiber.
