EASY LASAGNA ROLLS 
6 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. fennel seeds; optional
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet brown beef and drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, the seeds, if desired, simmer 5 minutes. Drain noodles. Spread 1/4 cup meat sauce on each noodle, top with 1-2 tablespoons cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over each roll and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
