FRESH BERRY PIE 
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 c. fresh berries
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

8 INCH PIE:

2/3 to 1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 c. berries
1 tbsp. butter

Wash berries; drain well. Use small or large amount of sugar according to your taste. Very tart fruit may require even more sugar, up to 1 1/2 cups for 1 quart.
