FRESH BERRY PIE 
Use a prebaked crust. Spread 3 (4 ounce) softened cream cheese on top. Sprinkle 4 cups fresh berries on top (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries). In saucepan crush 2 cups berries. Add (mix first) :

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. juice or water

Stir and thicken and pour over pie filling and chill.
