FLANK STEAK | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 3/4 c. salad oil 1 c. finely chopped onion 1 to 2 flank steaks Place steak flat in a shallow baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over steak. Let this stand all day at room temperature, turning occasionally. Barbecue 5 minutes on each side or broil 2 minutes on each side. Cut diagonally into thin strips and enjoy. Each steak serves 3. |
