EASY CARROT CAKE 
Combine one box of a 2 layer yellow cake mix with 1 1/4 cups of Miracle Whip salad dressing.

Add 4 eggs, 1/4 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix at medium speed in electric mixer until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and 2 cups of finely shredded carrots.

Pour into 13"x9" baking pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Test with a toothpick. When cool, spread with Betty Crocker creamy vanilla deluxe frosting.
