QUICK AND EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 can vanilla frosting

Combine first 5 ingredients, mix at medium speed until blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Grease 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serves 12.
