35 saltines
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
Chocolate chips
Crushed nuts

Cover cookie sheet (with rim) with foil. Grease foil generously. Arrange 35 saltines touching each other. Melt 1 stick butter and add 1/2 cup sugar. Boil 3 minutes slowly, stirring constantly. Pour over saltines, covering crackers completely. Put in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Shut off oven. Remove crackers and put 4 or 5 chocolate chips on each. Put back in oven and let melt for 5 minutes. Spread chocolate like frosting. Add minced walnuts and refrigerate.
