SALTINE PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine remaining ingredients and fold in egg whites.

Bake in 9-inch pie pan 30 minutes at 350°F. Top with ice cream, crushed fruit or chocolate sauce.
