CORN PUDDING 
2 cans Green Giant shoe peg corn or 5 ears corn on cob, cut off
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg

In medium baking dish, combine milk, sugar, butter, flour and egg. Mix together. Needs to be watery, if not, add a touch of milk. Mix in corn. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Stir halfway through baking.
