MAPLE PUMPKIN PIE 
Unbaked one-crust pie dough

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
16 oz. (2 c.) pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. maple flavored syrup
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Prepare pie crust using 9 inch pie pan. In large bowl combine all filling ingredients. Blend well. Pour into pie crust lined pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 45-55 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. maple flavored syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Topping: Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar, syrup and cinnamon, beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
