MAPLE SYRUP PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy. Add sugar, flour and butter. Beat until smooth. Mix in syrup, walnuts and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven until set, about 40 minutes.
