CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP PIE 
Easy to make. Rich but light. Makes 3 pies, they'll go quickly.

4 eggs
1 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. whipping or heavy cream
1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
3 unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs. Whisk in next 4 ingredients, one at a time. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
