MAPLE SYRUP FUDGE | |
2 c. white sugar 1 c. maple syrup 1 tbsp. light corn syrup 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. chopped nuts Cook sugar, syrup, milk and butter together until it forms a soft ball in cold water, about 238 degrees. Cool, beat until creamy and thick, add nuts and pour at once into a buttered pan. Mark into squares. Makes about 1 1/2 pounds. |
