“MAPLE FUDGE” IS IN:

MAPLE FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
1 cup maple sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup nuts

Cook sugar, syrup, cream, and butter to soft-ball stage, 238° F. Remove from heat, and add flavoring. Cook and beat until creamy. Add nuts, pour out on buttered pan, and mark off in squares.
