HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. hash browns, thawed (remove moisture on paper towel) 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. grated or chopped onion 1 pt. cultured sour cream Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together in 3 quart casserole and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees, covered. Serves 12. |
