DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 unbeaten egg
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Combine in large mixing bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form soft dough, beating or kneading after each addition. Cover and let stand to rise in warm place, 50 to 60 minutes. Knead dough down. Turn into 8" round casserole. Let rise in warm place, 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter.
