PICKLE HORS D'OEUVRE 
pkg. rectangle shaped ham luncheon meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jar large whole dill pickles

Spread softened cream cheese on each slice of ham. Place a whole pickle on one end of ham slice and roll up to create a jelly roll shape. Slice in 1/4 inch slices, discarding the end slices as they tend to not look as nice. Serve chilled.
