HORS D'OEUVRE PIE 
1 frozen (9-inch) pastry shell, thawed
12 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces blue cheese (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic salt
Cherry tomato halves
Sliced mushrooms
Parsley sprigs
Chopped hard-boiled egg
Sliced black olives

On a large baking sheet, pat pastry into 11 inch circle. Pierce thoroughly with fork.

Bake in 425°F oven 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

Place on serving platter. Beat cream cheese, blue cheese, mayonnaise, and salt until fluffy; spread evenly on pastry. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with tomato halves, sliced mushroom, parsley sprigs, chopped egg, and black olives.

Makes 12 (2 1/2 inch) wedges.
