HEAVENLY DELIGHT | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 can fruit cocktail 1 can pineapple chunks (preferably tidbits) 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows Mix softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add drained fruit and mix gently. Add pecans, marshmallows and Cool Whip and fold over and over. This salad is better if allowed to set for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This makes a large salad and I prefer to decrease the amount of marshmallows and Cool Whip. |
