DOWN SOUTH BARBEQUE 
4-5 lb. pork roast
5-6 cloves
2 c. water
Onions

Put in crock pot and cook overnight 8 to 10 hours. Remove bones and fat from meat and cut up. Put meat back in pot and add sauce. Cover and cook 3 to 5 hours on high or 8 to 12 hours on low.

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar

Simmer 5 minutes.
