SEAFOOD MELODY 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. diced fillet fish
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 stalks of celery with leaves, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Parsley flakes
2 c. rice

1. Cook rice separately.

2. Combine all ingredients except seafood.

3. Let cook medium heat for 15 minutes then add fish and cook for 10 minutes more on low heat. Serve over rice.
